We started our journey as boarding house mom and dad in 2021, without children of our own and not really knowing what to expect when the first students walked through our door. Little did we realise how fulfilling this “job” would be. Fast forward a few years, and we have learnt and grown so much!

We love DIY projects and strive to make our home comfortable for our students. Together, we create memorable moments—cooking, singing, and studying (a lot). Our home is more than just a boarding facility—it’s a supportive family environment. We focus on making students comfortable, secure, and motivated to help them achieve their goals.

We understand how important cultural respect is. Every day, we engage with English, Afrikaans, and Chinese in natural conversations, helping students build language skills while feeling at home. From celebrating each student’s milestones to even hatching chickens together, we’re committed to building unforgettable experiences.
